Transparent Yellow Stained Glass Flower Suncatcher

Made with a bright yellow transparent glass, this flower is pure sunshine!

The yellow glass has a very smooth texture to it and the green leaves have dimple effect texture to them.
It measures 17cm at it’s widest point and it comes ready to hang.
Suitable for indoors only.

Each piece of glass is individually cut by hand following the design. A glass grinder is then used to remove all the sharp edges and provide a rough surface for the copper foil tape. The tape is hand wrapped around each piece and burnished to secure it. When two copper foiled pieces of glass are lined up, they can then be soldered together with an additional bead of solder along every seam to add strength and to give a better finish to the overall piece. Every item is then carefully washed and dried, with some being finished with either a copper or black patina.
