Description
This hearty stained glass flower is made from a wonderfully textured red transparent glass and a perfectly smooth pure white opaque glass. Each petal is a heart and each leaf is a little wispy.
I draw each flower, repeating the petal shape for this one, hand cut the glass, grind the edges to remove the sharp and to leave a surface that will hold the copper foil tape. Each petal is soldered to the next at an angle, together with the leaves, making it a little more 3D.
This heartfelt beauty would be the most striking against a wall.
It measures 14cm in diameter and is suitable for indoors only.
