Custom requests

Custom requests for smaller items will only be considered if the value is greater than £20 plus postage. Please email me to discuss your requirements. Commissions will require payment prior to being made.

Smaller decorative items

The smaller decorative items are also available at the craft fairs listed on the upcoming events page or from the Diomo Glass facebook page HERE.

Items that are out of stock can still be ordered but please allow 10 working days for your item to arrive.

Please email me if you would like something reserved for you that you would like to pick it up from Rye’s Handmade, Unit B, 5A Market Road, Rye, East Sussex TN31 7JA (saves on postage!)

You will need a Paypal account to pay.

Website orders: Postage is for UK orders only. Please ask first if you would like items to be sent overseas. UK postage is charged at £4.00 per order and items are posted within 3 working days of having received cleared payment, 1st class. You can pay direct via Paypal when you order. 

Smaller items, such as the cards, that cost less in postage will have £2.50 refunded.

If you change your mind, please return the item/s within 30 days to the address below for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable order. Bespoke / personalised items will not be refunded. Postage will not be refunded.

Should your item be faulty or broken upon receipt, please return the item within 7 days. The return postage costs will be refunded and the item repaired or replaced for you. Don’t hesitate to contact me if there is any kind of problem.

Window work

Commissions for leaded lights will require a 30% non-refundable deposit prior to work commencing. The balance is due upon completion of the work by us, not the completion of the installation (if required) by a third party, within 14 days.

Please note that insurance claims for repairs / rebuilds are between you and your insurance company. Diomo Glass will invoice you directly, with payment being due within 14 days of completion of the work unless written consent has been given from your insurance company to invoice them direct.

Smaller items requiring repairs can also be accepted by post. Please email with full details and, if possible, pictures before sending the item. You will need to cover full postage costs too.

Please Note:

Items are made with glass, lead, lead based solder and sometimes other small parts. These are not toys and are not suitable for children.

The jewellery is made with lead free solder and silver plated copper findings.
